Henry is ONE!

Henry boy is ONE!! This little blondie with blue eyes will steal your heart with his toothy smile!

Believe it or not, this is Henry's 5th photo shoot with me. (twice in utero!) With that said, let's go for a trip down memory lane, shall we?  First Trimester  - Maternity - Newborn - 6 months

It's so sweet to look back at their year and know how fast babies grow in a year! Also it's rewarding to see how much I have grown, too. I love having this space in my little corner of the interweb to showcase each family and tell their story. I put a lot of time and effort in hopes to make you feel all-that-mush stuff as you scroll and I hope you guys enjoy it the same.

Enough about me. These five humans are the cutest. The Thiele crew, I love you!

Psst! leave this lovely family a note here and if they get 10+ comments, they will get a special snail nail from me with a couple of my favorite images!

Wiederin Family - Lakeside Fun in Excelsior!

You may remember these adorable faces from this "before the rainbow bridge" session with their beloved Esther pup. *Caution* before you click on the link though, it will make you feel all the feels, want to go home and cuddle your dog.

Cory and Brittany added a (human) baby to the fam and moved to Iowa since then, but we met up in their old stomping ground, Excelsior! I feel so lucky to make such connections with these families that they will go out-of-state to work with me. So lucky! It was so nice to see you, Cory and Brittany! You have the sweetest boys!

Psst! leave this lovely family a note here and if they get 10+ comments here, they will get a special snail nail from me with a couple of my favorite images!

Doo-ing Good in the Neighborhood!

Thank you to Warner Bros. for sponsoring this post. Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. Gang have teamed up with generationOn, the youth family division of Points of Light, to inspire, equip and mobilize kids, parents and Scooby-Doo fans to create meaningful change in their communities.

Our crew got to join in on some #DooGood fun this past weekend at the Mall of America! Ari and Oskar had a blast meeting Scooby-Doo, got their hands dirty in planting some herbs, colored letters with some big message and most importantly learned about helping others and how we can all make a difference in the community!

Did you know that 1-in-6 kids in the U.S. don't know where their meal is coming from? Yeah, me neither! As a mom of two growing boys, I can't imagine seeing any kid go hungry! Here are some ideas for us to solve this hunger problem!

1. Write letters to Congress with your kids to help bring awareness of hunger problem in our community!  Feeding America put together a super easy template to tell Congress about hunger in your community! You can search who your representative is by simply putting in your zip code here

2. Participate in community gardens! Find a community garden near you and volunteer!

3. Donate! We bought some goodies at the Box Lunch store at MOA and each 10 dollars you spend, a meal is donated through the local food bank. It's a win-win! (i.e. Second Harvest Heartland in St. Paul was the local food bank beneficiary from this particular Box Lunch location!) Of course, you can just donate money, too! Every $1 dollar donation = 10 meals!

4. Join our crew in the Doo Good campaign at ScoobyDooGood.com Because together, there is no issue we can't solve!

I was selected by Warner Bros. to participate in the Doo Good Campaign. The content and opinions expressed here are all my own.
